Please note: This is a pre-order. Price listed is a deposit. Total pricing is $8.00/lb hanging weight (~100 to 120 lbs). We will do our best to accommodate your requests for cuts as much as we can. Also, we cannot ship half hogs. This is only available for pick-up (and local and DFW deliveries).

Your half hog is processed by a USDA-inspected processor. We will work with you to get you the cuts that you most desire.
